Description
Russian version of the Cinderella fairy tale by Charles Perrault (1st work). An animated film based on movements from Modest P. Mussorgsky's symphony "Pictures from an exhibition" (2nd work). On New Year's Eve, young Christina is sent by her tyrannical stepmother to find flowers under the heavy snow for their imperious Queen. She succeeds with the help of the Twelve Months (3rd work). An elderly couple create a little girl out of snow and magic (4th work). A precocious girl is granted a magical flower with seven wishes. She wastes the first six wishes and is finally left with a single petal, which brings her only real reward - the meaning of friendship (5th work). Italian fairy tale about Antonio the lumberjack who after performing a kind deed for a forest fairy receives his every wish (6th work).
